The rooms are spacious with many amenities, cozy pillows, and the staff is always attentive in this hotel, which is in a fantastic location for me.

The location was fantastic, the breakfast was good. The staff were very efficient, the room was carpeted and reasonably large with 2 queen beds, equally comfy pillows.

The hotel was overall clean and staff were so very helpful and attentive, everything was nice. The room we had included central heating, a writing table and ironing facilities. A bath in the private bathroom was a plus.

It was close to St. Charles where we wanted to spend the day. We also went to the Butterfly House, Shogun steak house and it was close to our route home . The rooms connected so we could move freely without going in and out of hall. Lots of hot water for showers. Beds were comfortable and air conditioning easy to adjust. It is also close to other places in St. Louis like Grant's Farm and Magic House. If we visit St. Louis again I would probably stay here. WiFi was great after several days without computer.

Would have liked a continental/free breakfast. Our rooms had no microwave or fridge, but others may have. I would want that if I were there for a longer period.

The hotel is in a great location near a large shopping complex and a convenience store. There is a nice sit-down restaurant on-site. The hotel is conveniently located across the street from a sizable shopping complex.

The flooring is nice since it is laminate, no carpet. Mini fridge nice, office chair and workstation very comfortable. Love the bed and pillows.

Remodeled within the year but already showing some wear, especially in the bathroom and tub area. Housekeeper sang in the hall,I'm glad she is happy and likes her job but it was a little excessive, like at the top of her lungs. Guess she thought most guests were gone by 10 am but I was trying to work. Also disappointed the resturant next door closed but this is out of the control of management and I understand another is locating there soon.

Housekeeping knocked on doors at 8am to clean. We woke to one of them, as did our 1 year old. They came back around twenty minutes later as we were transferring things from one of our rooms to another and, when we told them we weren't ready to leave yet, they replied with annoyance "well we already marked you vacant". Umm, sorry? Checkout time wasn't until 10, so I'm not sure their problem. Our one year old crawled around a little bit in the room and we had to wash her hands from the dirt she picked up. Not a very clean hotel. I'm guessing we could have stayed at a cheaper place and received the same quality. Holiday inn needs to step it up.

The service here was top-notch, and our room was super clean. the bed was so comfy, and the pillows were like sleeping on clouds ☁️.
